The decision to deactivate or activate an account is made by the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry Administrator. Ultimately you will need to contact them to discuss why your account may have been deactivated or steps to take for account activation.
Please create a request for support and provide the following information:
- Your full name
- your phone number
- your email address
We can assist you with determining the active status of your account. Once you have verified that your status is deactivated, please reach out to the Ohio Medical Marijuana Administrator by sending an email to MMCPRegistry@com.ohio.gov.
