"How do I Register for the Medical Marijuana Registry as a Patient?"
Patients and caregivers receive access to the Medical Marijuana Registry after receiving a medical marijuana recommendation for their physician. You will need to provide your email address and State ID information to your physician in order to be added to the registry.
Once your physician has entered your information into the Medical Marijuana Registry, you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to activate you MMR account and MMR card.
