How to Download/Print Your Medical Marijuana Registry Card

This article outlines how a patient or caregiver can download their own Medical Marijuana Registry card so you can print it. You have the option to download your MMR card as a PDF or PNG file.

Prerequisites

You must first activate your MMR card before you can download it. Please see article, How to Activate Medical Marijuana Registry Account and Card for activation instructions.

1. Navigate to https://www.ohiomedicalmarijuanaregistry.com/ and login to your registry account.

2. On the site's home page, in the "Registry Details" section and "Card" tab, click on "DOWNLOAD".
3. From the drop down menu, chose "PDF" to download a PDF file or "Image" to download a PNG file.
4. Depending on your browser, you may be prompted to choose between saving, or downloading the file. The file may also be automatically placed into your computer's downloads folder.
5. Locate the MMR Card file within your downloads folder and print it as you would normally print files of the same type.
